Cross Country

Coming Second

This week on Monday Yaldhurst had cross country and i came second. I was so puffed at the end and I felt like I was going to faint. My friend Ariana came first. I am really proud of myself for how well i did. Here is a photo of me running.

The Groynes

On Monday the year 7 and 8's went to the groynes to go on the high and the low ropes course. We were split into groups of eight and had 4 or five instructors. My instructors were Ari Lana Jason Torben and david. The first game we was the name game then we played the lama lama game and the lily pad game and the plank game. After that we went on the low ropes and when one of my friends was lifting me over the low ropes she dropped me. Then after the low ropes we went on the high ropes and i got to the middle on the play pen and the top on the giants ladder. now on wednesday we had to make a photo story so here it is.

Power Cut

On thursday i got to school i was so confused why none of the light were on then my teacher said there was a power cut. Then my best friend Ariana (Arianas Blog) came and i ran out and I yelled POWER CUT! We were all so excited until we went to the office and they said that school was closed. So me and ariana started freaking out and yelling our mums are at work but then Ariana's mum came and picked her up and my aunty came and picked me up. and then for the rest of the day at home i did some art and some sleeping.

New Zealand Art

For the past two week's rimu have been doing NZ art. We had to find 3 NZ  artists then right a bio about them and find a piece of their artwork. Then when we had done that we had to choose our favourite piece of artwork and recreate it. so here is my recreation.
